Key Responsibilities:
As COO, you will be the primary contact for sales discussions: handling sales meetings, proposals, and presentations. You will also oversee projects, ensuring effectiveness in project delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for improving profitability, recommending and implementing approaches for company growth.
You’re a good fit for this role if:
- You have at least four (4) years of experience running a web design/development business, either in an agency or as a freelancer.
- You’re experienced in the business side of things: sales, marketing, managing a team, etc.
- You’re a people person and have great communication skills.
- You are action- and result-oriented.
- You are organized, pay attention to details.
Some specifics:
- Base salary is N350,000 monthly in addition to sales commissions and bonuses.
- Role is 100% remote.
