Red Star Express PLC chose CKDIGITAL to create a custom user-centric website that would help their customers meet their goals, while better presenting the activities of the business and its subsidiaries. They also required an app that would enable users easily track packages.

The Challenge

Red Star Express PLC had a website that did not satisfactorily represent the brand. The website had a poor user interface, loaded slowly, and was difficult to manage. In addition, the website was not mobile friendly, leading to poor user experience and high bounce rate.

The Solution

We collaborated with the team at Red Star Express PLC to build a modern, bespoke website for the group and its subsidiaries. We implemented this through a multi-site approach such that each subsidiary’s website resided on a subdomain, and the websites could be managed from a single back-end.
